All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any merchandise orders once payment is completed, except where required by law. This applies to apparel, accessories, custom items, made-to-order products, and any other products sold through the Verdun merchandise store.
Because all sales are final, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, mistaken orders, buyer’s remorse, or similar reasons. Please review all product details, sizing information, artwork, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@itsaverdunthing.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter and may, at our discretion or where required by law, provide a replacement, correction, or another appropriate remedy.
All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-request items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please confirm all spelling, sizing, artwork, and order details before approving a custom purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information, or other delivery issues outside our control.
Customers should inspect items as soon as they are delivered. Any issue with damage, defects, or wrong items should be reported within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the concern and determine whether a remedy applies.
