1. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at info@itsaverdunthing.com. Once we process a cancellation, membership access, digital card access, directory visibility, and any member-only features may end immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the membership type and account status.

2. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, the member may lose access to the platform’s private tools, including the family directory, business access features, athlete features, monetization tools, and any other membership-only benefits. Any unused benefits, credits, or access privileges are forfeited unless we state otherwise in writing.

3. Non-Payment of Membership

If a membership payment fails, is declined, becomes overdue, or otherwise is not received when due, we may suspend or cancel the membership and related access until the account is brought current. This may include loss of digital card access, directory visibility, and any member-only features.

We may provide notice of non-payment and, where applicable, a grace period or opportunity to update payment information before cancellation takes effect. If the account remains unpaid, the membership may be terminated and any unpaid balances may remain due.

4. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a membership at any time if an account is inactive, unauthorized, misused, or in violation of our platform rules. If a membership is suspended or terminated for cause, the member may lose access immediately and may not be entitled to any refund or reinstatement.

5. Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for keeping their account information current and for protecting their login credentials, card access, and any profile-linked codes or links. If a member believes their account has been compromised, they should contact us right away at info@itsaverdunthing.com
